Rachael is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of New South Wales.  Rachael is a graduate of the University of Wollongong holding a Bachelor of Laws (Graduate Entry) and also holds a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice, a Bachelor of Speech and Hearing Science from Macquarie University and a Double Diploma in Business & Leadership and Management. 

Since her admission, Rachael has appeared before the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia on several occasions in divorce, parenting and property matters. 

Rachael assists clients in a range of family law issues including divorce, spouse maintenance, property settlements, Binding Financial Agreements and complex parenting matters. Rachael’s goal is to assist her clients in a cost-effective manner by simplifying the legal process and offering practical solutions.
