Kirsten is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia. She graduated with a Bachelor of Laws and Commerce (Management), and gained valuable experience as a Paralegal prior to her admission. Kirsten has practised in several areas of law including family law and since her admission.

Kirsten provides advice to clients on a range of family law issues including divorce, spouse maintenance, property settlements, Binding Financial Agreements and complex parenting matters. She has assisted in matters involving bankrupt estates and complex corporate structures. Kirsten regularly appears as an advocate in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia and has experience appearing in several other jurisdictions.

Relationship management is a significant aspect of Kirsten’s practice, and this allows her to support her clients throughout the process, to provide targeted advice for each client’s specific situation.
