Luke is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia. Luke graduated with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce and is currently undertaking a Master of Laws (Applied Law), specialising in Family Law.

Luke’s interest in family law saw him initially take up a position as Junior Clerk at one of Sydney’s preeminent family law barristers’ chambers, where he received exposure to the operations of both senior and junior counsel.

Having developed a passion for family law early in his career, Luke has provided advice to clients on a range of family law issues including divorce, spousal maintenance and parenting matters including domestic and international relocation and complex property settlements. Luke is also confident in providing advice on Binding Financial Agreements, including pre-nuptial agreements.

Luke has represented clients in alternative dispute resolution processes striving to achieve an early, positive resolution to family law disputes. Luke also regularly appears as an advocate in both the Federal Circuit Court of Australia and the Family Court of Australia and has experience appearing in a number of other jurisdictions, including the Local and District Courts as well as the Supreme Court of New South Wales.

Luke aims to provide clients with prompt, detailed and accurate advice to progress matters in an efficient and cost effective manner.
